Finding the Perfect Balance

Anyone will tell you that to pull off a wedding, you need harmony. During our twelve years as event creators, we have worked hard to incorporate this notion into our ethos. Georgia and Nabil are the perfect example of a couple that recognizes the advantages of such balance and coincidently, this was a recurring theme throughout their wedding. Like many others nuptials, we organized this one remotely. During preparations, Nabil was in the UAE and Georgia in France. By maintaining an open conversation, we put everything together without a hitch. Our couple’s guestlist united people from across the four corners of the globe so their main objective was for their invitees to have a good time

For the location, they set their eyes on the Domaine de Zekrit, an estate warmly nested in the heart of the Mount Lebanon valleys. Georgia’s passion for food has earned her the name Hangry G. She even works out for three hours per day to maintain her appetite. So we knew that the menu had to reflect her zealous love for life. We worked with the bride and caterers Saveur Plus for weeks to put together a selection of food that would blow everyone’s mind.

Exotica helped us turn the venue into a feast for the eyes. We decked out the dining area with hundreds of jubilant flowers. Alternatively, the ceremony space was more pristine as the couple said their “I Dos” embraced by the valleys of Mount Lebanon and a flood of olive branches. The altar even had the couple’s nickname “Stausr” hung across a leafy circular installation. A moniker signifying the perfect connection between physical and spiritual.

When Georgia and Nabil cut their wedding cake, they wanted to make this moment about their guests. So they asked each one of them to make a wish as they released hundreds of biodegradable white balloons into the sky. When it was all said and done, one red balloon stood out in this creamy cloud; it was there to pay homage to a friend of the couple who had passed away before they could ever tie the knot.
