Malika & Mazen

Capri, Italy

The trip required a stop in Naples, a ferry boat ride to Capri, and a ride down the small, winding roads to the location. This required multiple trips to meticulously test food, décor, and equipment.

For the love of history books

A celebration in the historic Certosa Di San Giacomo monastery meant a breathtaking location, but one that also meant meticulous supplier and guest coordination to pull off. When the 150 guests arrived, a privatized beach party awaited them after a boat ride to the other side of Capri, Matisse Events simply complemented the magical location with immersive sound design.

For the wedding itself the next day, Matisse Events worked with a talented florist favored by fashion powerhouses to create a unique display of flowers and fruits. The dinner was provided by a caterer in Naples, requiring multiple trips to successfully ensure the gourmet fish dinner was served to perfection. As the couple came from different religious backgrounds, their entrance included a beautiful mashup of the song Ave Maria and the Islamic adhan. With a renowned saxophonist from Paris and Lebanon’s El Djette, the entertainment was a nice mixture of local and global talent.
